Career Transition Assistance Program (CTA)

As part of the Workforce Australia Employment Services Program, we deliver the CTA program. The program is designed to assist mature-age job seekers, 45 and over, to build their skills and confidence to become more competitive in their local job market. CTA is delivered face-to-face for 75 hours over a period of seven to eight weeks. The course consists of employability skills and digital technology training sessions. Traineeships and Apprenticeships

Nirrumbuk Group Training

Established in 2017, Nirrumbuk Group Training Group offers Employers an option to host Trainees and Apprentices without the burden of the administration that comes along with it.
Are you a small or medium-sized business interested in hosting a trainee or apprentice?
Nirrumbuk Group Training Organisation undertakes employer responsibilities, including:

  • Recruitment Service – Selecting and recruiting Trainees / Apprentices.
  • Human Resources – Managing wages, allowances, superannuation, workers compensation, sick/holiday pay and other employment benefits.
  • Quality Assurance – Managing the quality and continuity of training, both on and off the job.
  • Ongoing Support – Providing the additional care and ongoing support necessary to successfully complete the Traineeship/ Apprenticeship.

Code of Conduct

We encourage all participants to read the Code of Conduct agreement – signing The Agreement is a requirement to participate in Nirrumbuk Group Training’s programs.

Complaints and Appeals Policy and Procedure

Nirrumbuk Group Training (NGT) offers all Employees and Host Employers the opportunity to make a complaint. The complaint and appeal process is viewed as an opportunity for continuous improvement. Employees and Host Employers are encouraged to contact NGT to raise any complaints/appeal and are assured that the complaint/appeal will be dealt with in an efficient and effective manner, equitably, confidentially and ensure impartially is maintained. We will ensure that you are that all parties are kept up to date with the progress or actions taken and that the process is documented with accurate records maintained.
